Veronica is a Jacksonville native since 1968. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jacksonville University and a Master of Science degree from University of Kentucky. She began her insurance career in 1989. She has served as President of Independent Insurance Agents of North Florida and is past chairman of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents. She specializes in working with small businessowners to meet their property and casualty, employee benefits, and retirement planning needs.

Michael W. Beach, CIC

Vice President

Mike has been active in the insurance business as a company underwriter and independent agent for more than 30 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Agents of Northeast Florida. He specializes in niche programs for auto service and dealers, and large property accounts. He has been with the Della Porta Group since 1988.

David R. Eggleston, CFP

Vice President

Dave is a Certified Financial Planner and has more than 10 years in insurance and financial service experience. He is a Registered Representative and a Registered Investment Advisor. Dave is a member of the Florida Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. He has been with the Della Porta Group since 1999.

Barbara Leonard, FLMI, CPIW, HIA, ACS, AIAA

Cheif Financial Officer

Barbara has been with the Della Porta Group for more than 30 years and has helped develop the administration division. She also manages the support systems of The Della Porta Group. Barbara is a multiple winner of the John Hancock Field Quality Award, as well as a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. She is a Certified Professional Insurance Woman, a Health Insurance Associate and in an Associate in Customer Service.
